This page explains how to permanently delete your AllTrain account and all data associated with it. Deletion is available to every user, free of charge, and does not require contacting support — though you can also request it by email.
Delete Your Account in the App (instant)
- Open the AllTrain app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab (bottom-right).
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Your account and all associated data are deleted from our servers immediately when you confirm. This action cannot be undone.
Request Deletion by Email
If you can no longer access the app (e.g. lost device or uninstalled), email us at info@codefoundry.co.id from the email address registered to your AllTrain account, with the subject "AllTrain account deletion request". We will verify the request and delete your account within 30 days, and confirm by reply once it is done.
What Is Deleted, What Is Kept

| Anonymized analytics & crash reports | Usage analytics and crash diagnostics are not linked to your account identity and are retained by our analytics providers for up to 12 months before automatic deletion. |
| Database backups | Deleted data may persist in encrypted infrastructure backups for up to 30 days before being purged automatically. Backups are never used to restore deleted accounts. |
Deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted, your workout history, nutrition logs, and personal records cannot be recovered. There is no partial deletion — deleting your account removes all of the above.
